Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ENVOREX Property Services ("ENVOREX", "we", "us") collects through this landing page and how we use it. This page is a service-request tool for our mice and rat removal and exclusion services in the Central Finger Lakes, New York area.

Information we collect

When you submit the inspection request form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code (optional)
• The problem type you selected
• Any details you choose to share
• The timestamp of your submission and your consent to be contacted

When you arrive from an ad or referring site, we may also collect Google click identifiers (such as gclid, gbraid, and wbraid) and UTM attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the page URL you submitted from, the referring URL (origin and path only, with query parameters removed), and your browser's user-agent string.

We do not require or store your email address or a full property address.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and schedule the service you asked about.
• To follow up by phone or text about your service request, as authorized by your consent.
• To understand which advertising campaigns and referring sources are producing legitimate requests, so we can operate this landing page and our advertising responsibly.
• To prevent abuse and spam of the inspection form.

Service providers

To operate this page we use third-party infrastructure providers who necessarily process some of the information above. These include:

• Website hosting and edge networking (Lovable and its cloud infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare).
• Database and authentication services (Supabase) used as our backend to store lead submissions.
• Transactional email delivery provider used to send our internal new-lead notifications.
• Advertising-measurement providers (Google Ads, and — when configured — Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager) used to measure conversions from advertising campaigns.

These providers act on our behalf and are contractually limited to processing information for the purposes above. Because these providers process your information as part of delivering the page, we do not claim that submitted information is "never shared".

Advertising measurement

We may use Google click identifiers and UTM parameters to attribute legitimate lead submissions to specific advertising campaigns. This is used for conversion measurement and is not sold to third parties.

Data retention

We retain inspection request records for a reasonable business and legal recordkeeping period, after which the record is deleted or aggregated. Rate-limiting records (which never include a raw IP address) are cleaned up on a rolling basis.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your inspection request record at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.

Security

The inspection form is submitted only through our secured server endpoint. Browser sessions do not have permission to write to our lead database directly. We use validation, honeypot fields, and server-side rate limiting to protect against abuse. No online service is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate for a lead-capture landing page.

Children

This page is intended for adult property owners and managers. It is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
