1-Year Limited Rodent Exclusion Warranty
ENVOREX Property Services · Central Finger Lakes, New York
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Purpose of the Warranty
The ENVOREX 1-Year Limited Rodent Exclusion Warranty applies to qualifying rodent entry points repaired as part of an approved exclusion scope.
The purpose of the warranty is to address a failure of qualifying exclusion work performed by ENVOREX during the applicable warranty period.
The warranty is limited to the specific work identified in the written estimate, service agreement, or project completion documentation.
2. Warranty Eligibility
Warranty coverage applies only when:
- A written ENVOREX estimate or service agreement specifically includes the warranty
- The qualifying exclusion work has been completed
- Required project payments have been made
- The service request concerns an entry point included in the original exclusion scope
- ENVOREX is provided reasonable access to inspect the reported condition
A website visit, inspection request, telephone conversation, inspection, trapping service, baiting service, monitoring service, or control treatment does not independently create warranty coverage.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period is one year beginning on the documented completion date of the qualifying exclusion work, unless a different period is stated in the written service agreement.
The warranty does not restart or automatically extend after an inspection, follow-up visit, or corrective repair unless ENVOREX provides a written extension.
4. What the Warranty Covers
When coverage applies, ENVOREX will inspect a reported condition involving a qualifying entry point repaired under the original exclusion scope.
If ENVOREX determines that covered exclusion work has failed during the warranty period, ENVOREX may repair or reinforce that covered area without charging for the covered corrective exclusion work.
The available remedy is limited to inspection and reasonable corrective work at the qualifying covered entry point.
5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not automatically cover:
- Entry points that were not included in the original written scope
- Areas that were inaccessible, concealed, obstructed, declined, excluded, or left untreated
- New openings or conditions that developed after the original work
- Rodent activity entering through an untreated portion of the structure
- Interior trapping, baiting, monitoring, sanitation, cleanup, odor treatment, insulation work, or contamination removal unless specifically included in writing
- Damage caused by rodents, wildlife, insects, pets, occupants, contractors, or other third parties
- Structural movement, settling, expansion, contraction, deterioration, rot, corrosion, water damage, or material failure
- Roof, siding, masonry, foundation, utility, door, window, vent, or mechanical-system conditions outside the original scope
- Remodeling, renovations, repairs, utility work, equipment installation, or alterations performed after ENVOREX completed the work
- Storms, wind, snow, ice, flooding, fire, falling objects, or other environmental events
- Sanitation conditions, food sources, stored materials, clutter, vegetation, animal feed, or other attractants
- Rodents introduced through doors, deliveries, stored goods, vehicles, furniture, appliances, boxes, or personal property
- Activity involving a different pest or wildlife species
- Cosmetic differences in sealants, coatings, metals, mortar, or repair materials
- Conditions that cannot be reasonably verified during inspection
The presence of a mouse or rat does not by itself establish that covered exclusion work failed.
6. Control and Trapping Services
Rodent control, trapping, baiting, monitoring, and population-reduction services are separate from structural exclusion work.
These services do not carry the exclusion warranty unless the written service agreement expressly states otherwise.
Rodent behavior, population pressure, sanitation conditions, neighboring properties, and new structural openings can affect future activity.
7. Reporting a Potential Warranty Condition
A potential warranty condition should be reported promptly after it is discovered.
Contact ENVOREX using:
Phone: (680) 310-9390
Email: contact@envorex.com
The request should include:
- The service address
- The approximate date the condition was discovered
- The location of the suspected activity or opening
- Photographs or video when reasonably available
- A description of any construction, repairs, damage, or changes made after the original service
Submitting a warranty request does not establish that the condition is covered.
8. Inspection and Access
ENVOREX must be allowed reasonable access to inspect the reported area and relevant portions of the property.
Coverage may not be available when:
- Access is refused or repeatedly unavailable
- The reported area has been altered before ENVOREX can inspect it
- Evidence has been removed or the condition cannot be reasonably verified
- Another contractor or person has modified the covered work
- Conditions create an unreasonable safety risk
ENVOREX may use photographs, service records, project documentation, monitoring information, and site observations to evaluate the request.
9. Corrective Work
When ENVOREX determines that a covered failure occurred, ENVOREX will select the reasonable corrective method.
Corrective work may include:
- Repairing a covered seal
- Reinforcing a covered entry point
- Replacing a failed exclusion material
- Applying an alternative exclusion method to the covered area
The warranty does not require replacement of unaffected work, reconstruction of unrelated building components, reimbursement for third-party work, or payment for consequential property damage.
10. Property Maintenance
Property owners remain responsible for ordinary building maintenance and for addressing conditions outside the original ENVOREX scope.
This may include maintaining:
- Doors and door sweeps
- Windows and screens
- Roofing and flashing
- Siding and trim
- Foundation and masonry
- Utility penetrations
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical components
- Drainage and moisture conditions
- Vegetation and exterior storage
- Food, feed, waste, and sanitation conditions
The warranty does not replace normal property maintenance.
11. No Whole-Structure Guarantee
The warranty applies only to qualifying exclusion work specifically identified in the written project scope.
It is not a guarantee that:
- Every opening in the structure was included
- No new opening will develop
- Rodents will never enter the property
- Rodent activity will never recur
- Neighboring or exterior rodent populations will be eliminated
- Interior trapping or control will never be needed again
12. Written Project Documents Control
The written estimate, service agreement, approved scope, project notes, and completion documentation for the specific property control the warranty coverage.
When the written project documents conflict with general website language, the written project documents control.
The website does not independently create or expand warranty coverage.
13. Changes to Warranty Information
ENVOREX may update this general warranty page periodically.
Changes to the website do not retroactively alter the written warranty terms issued for previously completed work.
The updated page will display a revised "Last updated" date.
